Care plan for an existing site

Starting from Rs 500 a month

For sites already live, whoever built them. Three plans: Basic from Rs 500 a month (fixes only), Standard from Rs 900 a month (up to 2 small changes a month), Plus from Rs 1,500 a month (up to 5 small changes a month).

Website on a monthly fee

Starting from Rs 1,500 a month

A new site paid monthly, with a 12-month minimum and a one-time setup fee stated in your quote.

Prices are starting prices. Your written quote states the final price and scope before you pay anything.

What is included

  • Design and build of up to about five pages, laid out for phones first.
  • A contact route that works: email and WhatsApp links, or a simple request form.
  • Page titles, descriptions and a sitemap so search engines can read every page.
  • Set-up on free, fast hosting.
  • A preview link to check on your own phone before go-live.
  • With a care plan: a monthly check that the site is online and its links and contact routes work, a backup copy of the site's files, a short monthly report by email, reminders before your domain renewal, and on the Standard and Plus plans, small text and photo updates (the number per month is stated in your plan).

What is not included

  • The domain name. It is registered in your name, and you pay its yearly renewal.
  • New pages or a redesign beyond what your quote or plan covers. We quote these separately.
  • Paid tools or services you choose to add. These are billed to you directly.
  • Online shops with a checkout. Ask us and we will tell you whether we can quote.

Good to know

  • We set pages up so search engines can read them. We do not promise search rankings or visitor numbers.
  • We work from text and photos you supply or approve. Please send only material you have the right to use.

How a project runs

  1. You tell us what the site is for and send any text, photos and logo you have.
  2. We send a written quote with pages, price and dates.
  3. You pay half, and we build.
  4. You check the preview link on your phone and ask for changes.
  5. The site goes live, and you pay the balance.

Not included

  • The clinic's own domain. Login and online payments are not promised by any date.

Good to know

  • Booking is a request form, not a live calendar. Your clinic receives each request by email and confirms the appointment itself. The form stores nothing.
  • If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its due date, the site is paused until it is paid.
  • Fees are billed monthly in advance and are not refundable, in whole or in part. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and no further invoices are issued. Nothing in this policy limits any right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
