Monitoring, fixes and a monthly report. Your AI and WhatsApp usage is billed to you by those providers.
Prices are starting prices. Your written quote states the final price and scope before you pay anything.

What is included
- One agent for one job.
- Written tests that the agent must pass, agreed with you before work starts.
- Help opening your organisation's own AI account and key.
- Set-up, testing and a short handover note.
- With monthly care: monitoring, fixes when something breaks, and a monthly report.
What is not included
- AI usage charges. The AI provider bills your organisation directly.
- WhatsApp or Meta messaging charges for your bot. These are billed to you.
- General "ask me anything" chatbots on WhatsApp. WhatsApp no longer allows them.
- Access to the internal tools we use to build and run agents.
- Legal, tax or financial advice.
Good to know
- Your agent runs on your own AI account and key. We do not run client agents on our own AI subscription.
- Before we see any of your data, we both sign a short confidentiality and data-processing note.
- We never put personal data into free AI services whose providers may have people read what is sent.
- An AI agent can make mistakes. It is checked against the agreed tests, and a person at your end should check anything it sends out in your name.
