Privacy notice

What this website collects

This website has no sign-up, no login and no form that sends data to us. The enquiry forms only open your own email app; nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. We set no cookies.

Outside services that receive data

• Netlify (website hosting) receives technical data from every visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages.
• Hostinger (our email provider) holds the emails you send to hello@zoethehappiness.com.
• Razorpay handles your payment when you use a payment link. We do not see your card or bank details.

How we use what you send

We use your name, contact details and message to answer you, to prepare a quote, and, if you order, to do the work, invoice you and keep business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to hello@zoethehappiness.com.
